If you consider your question to be an official inquiry (suggestion, request, complaint), then follow the appropriate legislative procedure, which will include you being sent an official response.
According to Article 10 (4) of Federal Law No. 59-ФЗ dd. May 2, 2006 “On the Order of Considering Petitions Submitted by Citizens of the Russian Federation,” a response will be sent:
- by e-mail, if the author has included his or her name, given name, and patronymic (when applicable), and an e-mail address;
- by letter, if the author has included his or her name, given name, and patronymic (when applicable), and a postal address.
According to Articles 11(1) and 11(3) of Federal Law No. 2006-ФЗ dd. May 2, 2006 “On the Order of Considering Petitions Submitted by Citizens of the Russian Federation,” a response will not be provided if:
- the author of the message fails to include his or her family name and a return address;
- the message contains obscene language or personal insults.
