The Autonomous Non-Profit Organization Polyclinic of the St. Petersburg Metropoliten was founded by SUE St. Petersburg Metropoliten in April 2000.  It is a modern medical facility that, in accordance with its bylaws, provides a broad range of medical services to Metro employees, and other individuals and businesses.
The polyclinic consists of the following departments: Therapy, Surgery, Gynecology with Day Hospital facilities, Department of Functional and Radiological Diagnostics, a Clinical Lab, a Dentistry Division with two prosthodontic rooms and a technical lab, and a Physiotherapy Department with a rehabilitation exercise and water treatment facilities.

The Outpatient Clinic is licensed to provide services in 53 different fields of medicine. The facility is equipped with medical equipment by leading manufacturers (K. Storz, Shimadzu, and Olympus) which gives the ability to conduct a range of diagnostic procedures: Ultrasound of the internal organs, heart, breasts and thyroid, fibrogastroscopy and colonoscopy, radiovisiography (in dentistry), encephalography, contact-free tonometry and autorefractometry (in ophthalmology), clinical and biochemical testing, radiography and radioscopy, and hysteroscopy.

The Clinic employs highly qualified physicians: urologists, dermatologists, ENT physicians, ophthalmologists, allergists, endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, traumatologists, and neurologists.
The general and gynecological operation rooms provide a broad range of surgeries under local and general anaesthesia, including plastic and cosmetic surgery, scar tissue removal and bone deformation surgery with use of metallosynthesis techniques.

The Professional Pathology Division holds regular medical examinations for the staff of enterprises and organizations.
The Polyclinic also provides pest control and disinfection services, and carries out pharmaceutical activities. - online appointments.
