Lost and Found

If you lose anything in a Metro station, station lobby or train car, call the Metro Information Service on 8-800-350-11-55.

All lost and found items are turned over to on-duty staff members. They remain in the Metro Lost and Found for 10 days, and then are transferred to the City Centre of Lost Documents and Communication Devices at 16 Bolshaya Monetnaya Ulitsa, Office Center No. 1 (Gorkovskaya Metro Station).

To collect their property, a passenger should provide their passport and fill out the necessary forms.
